At the effective date, the Meridian website is designed without advertising cookies, behavioural tracking, or audience analytics. A consent banner should be added before any non-essential tracking technology is introduced.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that websites may place on a browser or device. They can support functions such as security, preferences, sessions, analytics, or advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software development kits, and device identifiers.
Some technologies are strictly necessary for a website or requested feature to operate. Others are optional and may require notice or consent depending on their purpose and applicable law.
2. Technologies currently used

3. Third-party resources
The website’s DM Sans and Manrope fonts are stored and served with the website. Loading the website does not send a font request to Google Fonts or another external font provider. The consultation buttons link to Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft receives standard request information and may set its own cookies only after you choose to open that external booking page. Other external links may operate similarly.
We will update this policy as hosting, form, booking, email, CRM, font, or analytics providers change and as more specific information about their technologies becomes available.
4. Your browser and privacy choices
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site data through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause parts of a future site to stop working. Because Meridian does not currently use non-essential tracking, a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal does not change the site’s present behaviour.
You can also limit optional third-party requests using browser privacy settings or content blockers. The website’s locally hosted fonts remain available without enabling third-party content.
5. Analytics, advertising, and future changes
If Meridian later introduces audience analytics, personalization, embedded media, remarketing, or advertising technology, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before activating non-essential technologies where required. Optional technologies will not be presented as necessary to submit a consultation request.
The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. This policy should be reviewed whenever the website’s vendors or tracking technologies change.
